At Rootiva, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
No Returns Policy
Rootiva does not accept returns.
Once an order has been delivered, items cannot be sent back, exchanged, or restocked.
This policy helps us maintain strict quality control, hygiene standards, and fair pricing for all customers.
Refund Eligibility (30-Day Window)
Although we do not accept returns, eligible refunds may be granted within 30 days of the delivery date, provided all conditions below are met.
A refund may be considered only in the following cases:
The item arrived damaged or defective
The item received was incorrect (wrong product)
The order was lost in transit and confirmed as such by the carrier
The product has a manufacturing defect that makes it unusable
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be considered.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or external factors
Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Items marked as final sale, digital products, or gift cards (if applicable)

- Photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or error (required)
Incomplete requests may delay or void eligibility.
Refund Review Process

- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes that violate this policy may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.
